Things are poppin’ at the Sanctuary and we have a heaps of new show announcements, opening act additions, and special events coming your way!
The Hip Abduction are back March 14th with Jamaican and West African influences melded into perfect pop sensibilities. If you missed this sold out show last summer, be sure to jump when tickets go on sale Friday at 10:00 am.
March 22nd immerse yourself in the electro R&B stylings of Ka Bodies. This multi-talented trio are sure to create a unique, eclectic vibe and plenty of grooves to get you dancing. Tickets on sale now!
March 23rd our LEGENDARY Biscuit Sessions continue with Via & ’em, featuring renowned Bluegrass songwriter David Via backed by a skilled group of players that’ll make biscuit eating even more delicious! Tickets include a substantial brunch spread along with the show and grabbing your tickets today will make sure there is more than enough to go around.
We’ve added many of the area’s finest musicians to open for our current lineup of shows. Isaac Hadden & Friends will warm up the room for Taz Neiderhauer February 23rd. Mad Iguanas has been added to the bill along side Machine Funk on April 5th. April 6th will be the debut of Y.A.L.E. featuring TJ Young, Stuart Angel, Matt Leonard and Chris Eanes opening for Magic Beans. And lastly, Morgan Wade & The Stepbrothers will rowdy up the crowd for Town Mountain on April 27th. Hopefully she’ll bring some of those new songs she’s working on with the 400 Unit’s Sadler Vaden! THIS SATURDAY we play host to a unique dance event from the creators of Liquid Leading. Planned Parenthood presents Taking the Lead, Community and Consent Through Dance featuring the Tottering Biped Theatre. The evening will include an Embodying Empowerment Movement Workshop, a presentation of TBT’s TEDTalk “Liquid Leading” followed by a Dance Party.
