PERFORMER INFO

Doom Flamingo  (Saturday, 8:30-10:30pm)
Doom Flamingo is a six-headed synthwave beast with a Jekyll and Hyde element to the songwriting. Top Gun guitar riffs and Miami Beach poolside lounge-vibes, are all at once contrasted with eerie darksynth soundscapes reminiscent of old John Carpenter films. Doom Flamingo came together organically through friendships and past collaborations in their hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. The sextet features dynamic vocalist, Kanika Moore, alongside a powerhouse of musicians including bassist Ryan Stasik, of the prolific rock band Umphrey’s McGee.

Love Canon (Sunday, 8:00-10:30pm)
Love Canon brings their acoustic-roots sensibilities to the electronic-tinged pop hits of the 80’s and 90’s to create a fresh take on the classics, crossing genres to recount music of decades past from the likes of Peter Gabriel, Billy Joel, Depeche Mode, and Paul Simon. The band’s diehard fans are music lovers first and are drawn to the charismatic and wide-ranging vocal stylings of lead singer and guitarist Jesse Harper matched with banjo master Adam Larrabee, mandolin pickin’ by Andy Thacker, Darrell Muller holding down the low-end on standup bass, and the slick sounds of resonator guitar king Jay Starling on the Beard MA-6. It’s acoustic rock! As seasoned virtuoso string players who have been touring the mid-Atlantic since 2010, Love Canon stays true to the approach, arrangements, and keen artistry of these nostalgic hits.

Big Daddy Love (Sunday, 5:45-7:15pm)
Big Daddy Love (BDL) is no gentle string quartet and identifying a single genre for us is nearly impossible. All four members are comfortable playing almost any type of American music. Our sound has been described as “a blend of rock, bluegrass, southern soul, and psychedelic jams” that we have long referred to as “Appalachian Rock.”

Isaac Hadden Organ Trio (Sun, 3:45-5:00pm)

Isaac Hadden is a young, genre-smashing guitarist and vocalist from Southwest, VA, currently based in Asheville, NC. He is gaining attention for his passion and talent, and building a supportive fanbase in the United States and abroad. Isaac Hadden Organ trio is an unconventional jazz-funk group that features powerhouse musicians from western NC. With over a decade of musical experience, his fresh, high-energy performances routinely leave audiences clamoring for more.

Felix (Saturday, 6:30-7:45pm)

Felix is a new-to-the-local-scene band whose members have been playing the region in other groups for many years. Come see what Tommy Noland, Jonathan Hart, Chas Goodrum, and Nick Martin have been creating.

Tand (Late Night Party, Sun. 2:00-3:00pm)
Tand is a collision of multiple musical worlds from the past smashing together to create a sum greater than their parts. Their mission is to bring listeners on a different musical journey each night, telling story through song weaved together by spontaneous bouts of improvisation. High energy, funky spirited party rock with heart and soul – don’t miss them!
