Submit Your Accessibility Request

Submit your request using the official Google Form. Advance requests help our team coordinate with festival operations before you arrive.

Parking note: Completing this form does not reserve or hold an ADA parking space. Rooster Walk’s Parking Team manages accessible parking on arrival on a first-come, first-served basis for guests with a valid ADA hangtag or ADA license plate. The form should use the parking choices General Parking, VIP Parking, and Off-Site Parking at Mom’s Field.

Accessibility FAQs

Service animals
Service animals are welcome; emotional support animals are not permitted. Guests traveling with a service animal are encouraged to contact Rooster Walk Security in advance at security@roosterwalk.com. Advance coordination is not required, but it allows Rooster Walk to issue a Service Animal ticket in advance for a smoother and faster Box Office entry process.
Getting around the venue
The venue has hills, gravel roads, and grassy viewing areas. ADA shuttles operate on approved venue roads between designated stops as terrain, traffic, and safety allow; carts do not enter the stage fields.
How does accessible parking work?
Rooster Walk does not issue a separate ADA parking pass, and completing the accessibility request form does not reserve or hold an ADA parking space. Purchase your regular General Parking, VIP Parking, or Off-Site Parking at Mom’s Field pass, then display your ADA hangtag or ADA license plate when you arrive. Accessible parking is limited and is directed by the Parking Team on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I get help on site?
Call or text the 5PTS On-Site ADA Dispatch line at 540-278-9347. During shuttle operating hours, the ADA team is also expected to respond to ADA radio calls through festival operations.
