What is a Power Pass?
A Power Pass works much like a General Admission ticket into an event. A 2-Show Power Pass can get two people into one event or one person into two events.
Why should I buy a Power Pass?
Beyond making great gifts, Power Passes are also perfect for people with unpredictable schedules who don’t want to commit to purchasing tickets. Also, our General Admission ticket price averages higher than the price of a Power Pass.
How do I use a Power Pass?
There are a couple of ways to use a Power Pass. It is best to contact the box office at info@5pointsmusic.com or 540-795-5618 to register your pass for an upcoming event. If capacity allows, you may use your pass at the box office on the night of the show.
What if I would also like seating with my Power Pass?
You may request to purchase a seating upgrade with the box office. Seating is limited, so the earlier the request is made the better chance we can accommodate.
What if I registered my Power Pass with the box office and the event later sells out?
If you are registered ahead of time with the box office, your attendance is confirmed even if the show sells out.
Does a Power Pass guarantee me entry into any event?
No. Power Passes may be declined by the box office manager for any reason. Some events are Power Pass Restricted and this will be indicated on the ticket listing page on SeeTickets.
What if I don’t end up using the Power Pass I registered with the box office?
No harm, no foul. You may still use your pass for a future event.
How do I know if an event is Power Pass Restricted?
Go to 5pointsmusic.com and click on the event. If an event does not accept Power Passes, you will find this at the top of the description on the SeeTickets event page. You may also inquire with the box office at info@5pointsmusic.com or 540-795-5618.
Where can I purchase a Power Pass?
You may purchase Power Passes in person at the box office, online at 5pointsmusic.com, or by calling the box office at 540-795-5618.
