5 Points Music Sanctuary Raffle Official Rules
Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and located in the United States. 5 Points Music Sanctuary employees, board members, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: To enter the raffle, individuals must purchase a raffle ticket for $100. Raffle tickets can be purchased online at https://www.5pointsmusic.com/shop/raffles/win-the-delica. There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased.
Prize: The prize for the raffle is a 1987 Mitsubishi Delica Exceed. The total estimated value of the prize is $15,000.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random electronically on Dec 31st, 2023 at 6:00pm EST on 5pointsmusic.com under the supervision of the 5 Points Music Foundation. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 24 hours of the drawing.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification. To claim the prize, the winner must present the winning raffle ticket and a valid form of identification. The winner is responsible for all taxes, title, and registration fees associated with the prize.
