Overview

We coordinate reasonable accommodations with festival operations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Advance requests help us plan staffing, routes, viewing areas, and other resources.

  • Terrain & surfaces: Pop’s Farm has hills with very few paved areas; roads are primarily gravel and viewing/vendor areas are mowed grass.
  • ADA shuttle: An ADA on‑site golf cart shuttle is available along the venue road network between designated shuttle stops.

  • Accessible parking & drop-off coordination
  • Shuttle / golf‑cart rides (as terrain and safety allow)
  • Accessible viewing areas (seated/standing) with companions
  • ASL interpreting coordination (advance notice strongly encouraged)
  • Mobility device charging & basic repair triage (as available)
  • Wayfinding, check‑in support, and on‑site assistance

Mobility Services

Mobility support may include shuttles for patrons with disabilities or mobility considerations (as terrain and safety allow), plus accessible parking coordination.

Experiential Enhancements

  • 5PTS Soundpack — Integrated wireless hearing & haptics sound system for guests with hearing impairments and sensory sensitivities.
  • Accessible Viewing Areas — Dedicated accessible viewing with seating options; staff provides basic hospitality and guest support.

Hearing Loss Advocacy

On‑site advocacy and education to support hearing health and inclusive listening experiences.

  • Children (3 months–6 years): Ear muffs
  • Kids (7–13 years): Hi‑fidelity ear plugs
  • Adults (13+): Hi‑fidelity ear plugs

Service animals
Legitimate, certified service animals are welcome; emotional support animals are not. Advance with Security if possible.
Getting around the venue
The venue has hills, gravel roads, and grassy viewing areas. ADA shuttles operate on venue roads between designated stops; carts do not enter the stage fields.
