THE MENU
- Duo of pan seared salmon cake with a country remoulade, pickled vegetables, mashed peas, baby arugula, dill infused oil, and fried green tomato topped with homemade pimento cheese
- Venison meatball seasoned with fresh herbs and homemade marinara atop creamy polenta with grated parmesan
- “Jello Fruit Salad” – Early summer pumpkin soup with coconut-cantaloupe panna cotta
- Sunday roast – sliced medium rare prime rib roast with grandmas fresh from the garden picked green beans, roasted potatoes, horseradish au jus, rosemary oil, balsamic glaze
- Baked apple pie with homemade chevre ice cream, caramel sauce, toasted hazelnuts, and sweet pickled blueberries.
VEGAN MENU
