Overview

We coordinate reasonable accommodations with festival operations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Advance requests help us plan staffing, routes, viewing areas, and other resources.

  • ADA-accessible campgrounds are available; please note the venue includes some gravel pathways.
  • ADA Day Parking options are available via festival ticketing (limited availability).

Services We Commonly Coordinate

  • Accessible parking & drop-off coordination
  • Shuttle / golf-cart rides (as terrain and safety allow)
  • Accessible viewing areas (seated/standing) with companions
  • ASL interpreting coordination (advance notice strongly encouraged)
  • Mobility device charging & basic repair triage (as available)
  • Wayfinding, check-in support, and on-site assistance

Mobility Services

Mobility support may include shuttles for patrons with disabilities or mobility considerations (as terrain and safety allow), plus accessible parking coordination.

Experiential Enhancements

  • 5PTS Soundpack — Integrated wireless hearing & haptics sound system for guests with hearing impairments and sensory sensitivities.
  • Accessible Viewing Areas — Dedicated viewing with seating options; staff provides basic hospitality and guest support.

Hearing Loss Advocacy

On-site advocacy and education to support hearing health and inclusive listening experiences.

5PTS Ear Protection (Free)

  • Children (3 months–6 years): Ear muffs
  • Kids (7–13 years): Hi-fidelity ear plugs
  • Adults (13+): Hi-fidelity ear plugs

Are service animals allowed?
Trained service animals are welcome. ESAs are not recognized under ADA.
Are the campgrounds accessible?
Yes—campgrounds are ADA accessible. Please be aware that some venue pathways are gravel.
